GALLERY RIFLE

Gallery rifle is shot on the back 25m range using .22 semi automatic rifles and underlever centre fire rifles, commonly in .38 calibre but also .44 and .45.

Members with a Firearm Certificate also use their own Long Barrelled Revolvers/Pistols. These firearms may not be hired, lent or borrowed.

The range has the state-of-the-art turning targets and competitive courses of fire are shot on the 2nd and 3rd Sundays of the month

The 4th Sunday of the month is for tuition and practice for the next month’s competition.

For shooters new to turning targets, 1 to 1 mentoring will be given.

Underlever .38 and .22 semi automatic rifles can be hired from the Club as well as the suitable ammunition.
