If you are interested in becoming a member of Ham and Petersham Rifle Pistol Club, we offer an opportunity to tour the facilities and see the ranges as well as a chance to ask questions about the many disciplines the club offers. This tour is suited primarily for experienced shooters, who might be FAC holders but everyone who is interested in joining is welcome. Please note you will not be able to experience shooting during a tour which is designed to introduce the facilities to you.

About the Club:

We have six outdoor ranges that range from 100m to 25m as well as a 10m indoor air range and a 25m indoor range. The club has recently benefited from a Sport England grant allowing us to improve our indoor facilities for shooters and ensuring a safer experience when considering COVID outbreaks.

We have a range of disciplines here at HPRPC including Gallery, Minirifle, Target Shotgun (both practical disciplines), Clays, Black Powder, Archery, Air rifle and Pistol, Prone Precision Rifle and others. We also run club shoots at Bisley for Fullbore and can help members obtain their safe shooters cards.

We run a range of safety courses for our members and probationers. We also host a number of competitions throughout the year and are affiliated with the NRA and the NSRA. HPRPC is a Home Office approved club.

We work with local youth organisations such as the Scouts and Cadets and support the DofE scheme for marksmanship.

The club was founded in 1906 and has a rich history including many Olympic and national shooters past and present. We have a fully licensed bar and we hold various events for families and partners during the course of the year. At the end of the tour, you will be able to start the process of signing up as a probationary member should you wish to do so.
