Rules of the Competition

Firearms	Any Gallery Rifle .354" to .455" calibre

Sights	Any,

Ready Position	As described in the General Rules.

Targets	Large coloured landscape (cut in half, diagonally through centre to give 2 light and 2 dark targets). Known as German Machine gun targets. 3683
Stage One	25 metres, 12 rounds 2 mins 3 rounds on each of any 4 targets supported (bench rested, sitting or kneeling)
Stage Two	15 metres, 9 rounds kneeling, 3 shots on each target. 3 exposures of 12 seconds on 2 dark and 1 light target
Stage Three	20 metres 9 rounds kneeling 1 exposure of 1 min 3 shots on 2 dark and 1 light target. Competitors will start from the 25 metre line, rifle in the trail position UNLOADED, and then advance to the 20 metre line, adopt the kneeling position and load with 9 rounds and shoot
Stage Four	15 metres, 6 rounds standing 3 exposures of 10 secs 2 shots on any 3 targets
Scoring	Hit soldier, any part Inner Ring	10 points
	Inner Ring	7 points
	Outer Ring	5 points
	Anywhere else	0 points
Tie Break	As described in the General Rules, soldiers substitute for Xs.
