Rules of the Competition

Targets   Six 8 inch steel plates
Firearms   Any Gallery Rifle .354" to .455"
Sights   Any
Ready Position   Rifle loaded with 6 rounds and made ready, pointing at the backstop, and held parallel to the ground at waist height, with both hands.
Course of Fire   Bianchi - Falling Plates
     
Stage One   10yards 6 secs 1 shot on each plate
10 yards, 6 secs 1 shot on each plate.
     
Stage Two   15 yards, 7 secs 1 shot on each plate
15 yards, 7 secs 1 shot on each plate
     
Stage Three   20 yards, 8 secs 1 shot on each plate
20 yards, 8 secs 1 shot on each plate.
     
Stage Four   25 yards, 9 secs 1 shot on each plate
25 yards, 9 secs 1 shot on each plate
     
Total Shoot   48
Rules   The total number of plates that have fallen in all four rounds are added together to calculate each competitors score, one point per plate. Highest number of fallen plates wins
Tie Break   If there is a tie then the number of plates falling at the furthest distance is used to break the tie, followed by the next furthest distance, etc. Any remaining ties are settled with a single round shoot out at the closest position, highest score wins, if still a tie the first to knock down all 6 plates wins
