Any muzzle loading revolver. Any propellant may be used provided the firearm is appropriately proofed | |
| Sights | Any iron sights | |
| Targets | PL7 - PL8 | |
| Distance | 25m | |
| Position | Standing, unsupported, freestyle. | |
| Ready position | Revolver loaded and capped, barrel pointing towards ground at an angle of 45 Degrees | |
| Course of Fire | 15 shots. No allowance for misfires/malfunctions. | |
| Sighting series | nil, but capping off is allowed. | |
| Practice 1 (25m) | 1 x series of 5 shots in 3 mins | |
| Practice 2 (25m) | 1 x series of 5 shots in 3 mins | |
| Practice 3 (25m) | 1 x series of 5 shots in 20 seconds. | |
