History

The Trophy is described as a Silver Challenge Tankard and appears from 1917, which is the earliest date at which any Trophies are mentioned.

The Course of Fire is described in 1921 as 3 targets of 10 shots each at 25 yards, best 2 targets to count, handicap.

The Lady Watts is not included in the list of Trophies that were perpetual and thus it could be won outright. It does not appear in the 1928 Anual report and so may well have been won outright, quite possible by L D Brooks.
