The Donegal Badge Competition and its history

History

This is one of the competitions described in the 1917 Annual Report, which is the first to give detail. The details of the Winner are as follows, "No person holding a Donegal badge will be allowed to take the Badge, but is entitled to purchase a Bar. the holders of this badge are entitled to enter the Donegal competition"

The course of fire was 3 targets of 10 shots each at 100 yards. Scratch

There is no record of the winner after 1921 and the 1922 programme does not include the competition.
